Public Relation: next week

Membership: Looking for an interim lead for this. A co-chair is in the wings but still need another chair!

Secretary: Several passing of members, lost a couple satellite members but added two to the club. Around 57% members still coming into zoom meetings, current methods of operations to be published next month. Still participating in activities despite Covid, short on a couple areas of funding due to Covid. Will have a couple more club assemblies over the next couple months, check out website for committee minutes. Have been talking about a phone tree to contact members that are not coming in to zoom meetings. Will be seeking volunteers to make phone calls to these members.
Satellite: Club has continued to meet at different locations. Have raised $5000 thru events, trivia night, corn hole, painting raffle and tree delivery event. Visiting speakers were able to be worked out during zoom meetings. Greatest challenge is growing the club.

Fellowship: Cruise on Appledore, Pie Swap, looking forward to a cookie sale for Feb – proceeds going to New Hope. Feb 6th sign up list for cookies with pickup on Sat Feb 13th! Upcoming Events - Dinner to go, Trail walk, Appledore Cruise, BBQ!

WB Foundation: focusing on publicity, working on an investment policy ($21K), remember us in estate planning. Fund raising has been good this year, working to allow scholarships for youth. Looking for non-physical activities to raise funds.

RI Foundation: About 2/3 thru the year with a goal of $12K (have raised $8K) for foundation, $92 average per WB members and $38 average outside of WB. Club has enough points to give 4 Paul Harris Awards. 32 WB members with enough foundation points could be given to others for Paul Harris Awards. District Project on environment (7th area of Rotary), be thinking about what an environmental project should be. Club Foundation analysis available for review by members.

17 New Hope temporary homes available in the community. New Hope is expanding their services to community.

Next Week’s Speaker: unkown at this time
